Ingredients to make Sweet potato soup.

  • Sweet potato 1 medium
  • carrots 2
  • onion 1
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • ginger 1 small piece
  • chilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • salt
  • water 4 cups
  • coriander leaves.
  • Spring onion, 2 bulbs.
  • Celery. 1
  • Green chillis
  • Apple cider vinegar 2tbsp ( ordinary vinegar)

How to make Sweet potato soup.

  1. Cut sweet potato,carrots & slice onion. In a pan fry those, till a little brown in colour. Add chopped garlic,ginger fry for 1 to 2 min. Then put all the masala.turmeric,chilli powder ,garam masala ,turmeric.pepper & salt. Fry for a few more min. Add 2 cups of water. Cover & cook for 15 to 20 min. stir well
  2. Ramove. When it s cool,put in a grinder & grind well. Then again put into a pan add 2 more cups of water.. cook for sometime.u can add water ,accoring to ur wish as to how should b the consistency of the soup.
  3. Simmer again,for 5 min,put spring onion ,celery ,apple cider vinegar,& coriader leaves. Cook for 5 more min. Serve hot.

My Tip:

You can avoid garlic,garam masala & ginger. But ginger & gatlic is very good for the body.
