Ingredients to make Donuts [without yeast]

  • flour 2 cups
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Melted butter 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 1 cup
  • honey 1 teaspoon

How to make Donuts [without yeast]

  1. Whisk flour,sugar,baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add melted butter and honey
  3. Now slowly and milk and kneed the dough.
  4. Let the dough chill in fridge for 10 min
  5. Then take it out and roll it about half inch thick.
  6. Now cut the shape of donut using a small bowl and a cap of bottle
  7. Deep fry the donut for 5 to 10 min.
  8. After fried take it out and let it cool.
  9. Now decorate as you want.

My Tip:

1. Make shure that oil is not too hot. 2. For decorating use melted chocolate and sprinkles
