Ingredients to make Donuts [made with yeast proofed dough]

  • Dough :-
  • flour 1 cup
  • yeast 2 tablespoons
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • Warm Milk 1/3 cup
  • Melted butter 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • honey 2 teaspoon
  • Chocolate glaze:-
  • Power sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa power 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 1 tablespoons
  • Vanilla glaze:-
  • Power sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon
  • [ oil for deep frying ]

How to make Donuts [made with yeast proofed dough]

  1. Mix all ingredients of dough in a bowl.
  2. Mix it until form a dough.
  3. Cover the dough with clean wrap and let it rise for 3 hrs.
  4. Now put it in fridge for over night [or at least 8 to 9 hr.]
  5. After the dough is ready roll it and cut the shape of donut using a small bowl and a cap of bottle.
  6. Now fry them in medium hot oil until golden and puffed.
  7. Now mix the ingredients for glaze in a bowl and dip the donuts in it while it is hot.
