Tasty and healthy cookies, loved by kids. There is no usage of any artificial color.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 70 gm butter
  2. 100gm whole wheat flour
  3. Half cup spinach
  4. Half cup beetroot
  5. 50 gm powered sugar

Instructions

  1. Firstly blanch spinach and beetroot separately, make a paste.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until it become fluffy
  3. Add spinach puree to the butter mixture and mix well
  4. Add flour gradually and make a soft dough
  5. Grease a baking tray , make the desired shape
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 min
  7. Let them cool and serve
  8. Same way make beetroot cookies
