Ingredients to make Pork Hummus Curry

  • Pork boil 1kg
  • Soaked chickpea paste 1/2cup
  • Chop aloo 2
  • Chop tomatoes 2
  • Chop onions 3
  • tomato puree 2tsp
  • ginger-garlic-greenchilli paste 2tsp
  • jeera pwd 1tsp
  • dhania pwd 1tsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Kashmiri pwd 1tsp
  • red chilli pwd 1tsp
  • Salt n haldi accordingly
  • oil for frying
  • Chop coriander

How to make Pork Hummus Curry

  1. Make a paste of soaked chickpeas
  2. Then heat oil in a pan.. add chop onions,tomatoes and aloo together
  3. Saute for 5-10mins
  4. Then add chickpea paste .. keep stirring so that water evaporates and it become dry..
  5. Then add ginger -garlic-green chilli paste... saute again for 5mims
  6. Now add all masalas together
  7. Cook for 10mins in closed lid
  8. Now add boil pork and stir properly so all masalas is mixed well
  9. Now add tomato puree and stir again for a min
  10. Now add water above the level.. reduce heat and cook for 50mins in low flame
  11. Last add chop coriander and cook for a min in open lid
  12. Serve hot with rice
