Ingredients to make Cheese Sweet Potato Cake

  • Sweet potato 220g
  • butter 50g
  • Shredded cheese 70g
  • cream 150g
  • egg 2
  • almond powder 25g
  • almond slice one Time
  • decoration
  • cream 50
  • sugar 10 - 20g ( if sugar is to be sweet )
  • Fruit (blackberry, raspberry, blueberry) each appropriate amount
  • mint leaves appropriate amount
  • cinnamon powder proper amount

How to make Cheese Sweet Potato Cake

  1. I have actually roasted the sweet potatoes. (You can use steamed sweet potatoes or boiled). Wash the sweet potatoes, wrap them one by one in aluminum foil, and bake them in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 50 minutes.

  7. Heat the oven to 180 degree celsius, put the filled mould in a water bath containing hot water, this is called a 'bain marie', bake this for 10 minutes at 180 degree celsius and then reduce the temperature to 165 degrees , and bake further for 45 to 50 minutes.
  8. Check the bamboo skewer and take it out of the oven. (Cover with a bowl etc. on top and let it cool to prevent it from drying out After completely cooling down, chill it overnight.
  9. Put some whipped cream if you like, on the top, cut and serve. You can further garnish with berries, mint leaves and sprinkle some cinnamon powder as well for extra zing.
