Ingredients to make Tomato carrot soup

  • tomatoes - 1
  • carrots - 2
  • kokum syrup - 2 tbsp
  • cinnamon stick - 1
  • Boiled sweet corn 2 to 3 tbsp
  • salt according to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
  • 3 cup water

  1. Take a Cooker ,add water , diced carrots, chopped tomato, Kokum syrup, cinnamon stick and salt ,boil it by pressure cooking .
  2. After 2 or three whistle switch off the gas and blend the soup
