Ingredients to make Garlic Pepper Fish

  • Fish fillerts-4
  • oil-1/4teasooon
  • garlic powder-2teaspoon
  • Black pepper (crushed ) -1/4teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice-1 teaspoon
  • butter-1/4teaspoon
  • Dried parsley-1teaspoon

How to make Garlic Pepper Fish

  1. Marinate the fish pieces with garlic powder, crushed black pepper and salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1/4 teaspoon oil in a non-stick pan
  3. Add fish fillets,fry on low flame for 5 minutes, flip over and fry the other side for 5 minutes
  4. Remove the fish fillets on a plate
  5. Heat 1/2 teaspoon butter in a pan,
  6. Add lemon juice,salt to taste
  7. Sprinkle crushed dried parsley
  8. Mix and stir,pour the sauce on fish.

My Tip:

Always use nonstick pan . If you do not have garlic powder,use garlic paste. Serve with roasted baby potatoes and broccoli, then it will be complete meal consist of Protein(fish),carbohydrate(potato ) and vitamins(broccoli).
