ABOUT Bread Cheese Cutlet RECIPE

Bread Cheese Cutlet, Cheesy inside and Crispy from outside. Perfect snacks for fussy eaters.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Bread 4 slices
  2. Cheese 3 cubes amul cheese
  3. Semiya - 1/2 cup
  4. Milk 2-3 tbsp
  5. Oil 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Take the bread slices and cut into small pieces and blend it in blender for few secs.
  2. Add the milk to the blended bread and mix well to make soft dough like, it should not be very gooey.
  3. Now take medium size portion of it and make ball, insert the cheese into it, pad and cover it over nicely and slightly flatten it.
  4. Make your desired shape. Now coat it over the semiya.
  5. Heat oil in frying pan.
  6. Drop the Cutlet and deep fry the cutlet till golden of all sides.
  7. Drain in an absorbent paper and serve with any sauce, dipping or serve as it is.
