Ingredients to make Healty tarts

  • wheat flour 3tbs
  • Suji 2tbs
  • bajra flour 3/4 bowl
  • ghee 1tbs
  • salt to taste
  • water to make dough
  • For filling::
  • capsicum 1 chopped
  • Frozen corns 1/2cup boiled
  • Flax seed 1tsp
  • Mayonnaise 3tbs
  • Boiled potatoes 2 mashed
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Gher or oil 1tsp

How to make Healty tarts

  1. First of all mix wheat,suji and bajra flour.add salt and ghee in this.then make a dough with water.
  2. Dough should not be hard. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Meantime,Just make the filling ready.
  4. In a pan add 1tsp ghee....saute capsicum,flax seeds and corns.
  5. Add salt and black pepper .
  6. At last add mashed potatoes
  7. Switch off the flame then add mayo in this mixture.
  8. Make small balls of dough then roll them like roti
  9. Take ur tart mould and keep the roti on this mould , cut extra edges.
  10. Make holes with fork in this.
  11. Then deep fry till golden brown or you can also bake them.
  12. Fill these tarts with ready mixture of mayonnaise.
  13. Serve hot with sauce.

My Tip:

This is a really flexible recipe...bcoz you can take any vegetable according to your kids liking in this filling.
