ABOUT Paneer cheese roll RECIPE

A delicious snack made with paneer and cheese. An absolute yummy dish to be served as appetizers to the young hungry tummies.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the covering,
  2. Wheat flour or all purpose flour 1/2cup
  3. Salt
  4. Ghee 1tsp
  5. For the filling,
  6. Paneer,grated 1cup
  7. Onion,finelly chopped 1 ,big
  8. Green chilli 1,chopped
  9. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp
  10. Mixed dry herbs 2,pinch
  11. Salt
  12. Slice cheese 2
  13. Oil,to fry.

Instructions

  1. Knead a soft dough with flour, ghee, salt and enough water. keep aside
  2. mix paneer, onion, herbs, seasoning ,salt and chilli. Slice each cheese single into 2 pieces.
  3. make 4 balls with the dough. Take one ball. Roll into a small very thin chappathi. Put some filling and one piece of cheese at one end.Roll into a long cylinder,folding the two sides and paste the ends well. repeat the same process with the rest of the dough and filing.
  4. Heat oil in a pan ,deep fry all the rolls. Serve hot with any dip,ketchup or mayonnaise
