ABOUT Paneer Kathi roll RECIPE

Delicious wraps or rolls stuffed with a spiced mix paneer stuffing. These paneer  kathi roll make for a good brunch, lunch or tiffin box snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer cubes 200gm
  2. Green chilli 2-3 chopped
  3. Capsicum 1no chopped
  4. ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  5. garam masala powder 1tsp
  6. chilli powder 1tsp
  7. kasoori methi 1tbsp
  8. besan 1tsp
  9. Curd 3tbsp
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Oil 1tsp
  12. Sauce 2tbsp
  13. For roll-
  14. Maida 1cup
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. Oil 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Make a dough with maida, salt, oil and water. Cover and keep aside.
  2. Mix paneer cubes with salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, kasoori methi, besan.
  3. Lastly add curd. Keep this marinated paneer for 15-20mins.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicum, fry a little.
  5. Then add marinated paneer cubes. Cook on high flame till masala gets dry. Switch off.
  6. Make roti/chapati out of the prepared dough.
  7. Apply any sauce/chutney of your choice on one side of the roti.
  8. Place paneer mix, sliced onions, chopped coriander leaves. Roll carefully.
  9. Paneer Kathi roll is ready to serve.
