Ingredients to make Instant Suji Dosa

  • Suji [semolina] 1 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Mix vegetable like carrot,potato,tamato,green chilly,green onion,cabbage 1/2 bowl
  • oil for cook dosa
  • salt according taste

How to make Instant Suji Dosa

  1. Add curd and milk in suji
  2. Mix well till good better Now add all vegetables, and salt keep aside for 15 minute
  3. Heat nonstick pan . Add little oil, and then pour a ladle of the batter prepared. Cook on one side and flip to roast the other side. Serve.
