ABOUT Gulaab Jamun RECIPE

My son loves gulab jamun so i make these often at home for him. Follow this easy recipe to make these at you home.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sugar 1 bowl
  2. Ghee 500 gram
  3. Milk 2 spoon
  4. Water 1/12 bowl
  5. Mava 200 gram
  6. Rice flour 50 gram

Instructions

  1. Boil the sugar and water together to make a sugar syrup with 1 string consistency. Keep aside to cool while we knead the dough.
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients together to form a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
  3. Deep fry these balls in hot oil, on a medium heat. Strain and soak the gulab jamuns in the sugar syrup. Let them soak well and then serve.
