ABOUT Green Chilli Chutney RECIPE

Spicy and tangy chutney that goes well with plain rice and ghee. It is hot and spicy yet so desirable.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green chillies 15 nos
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Cumin seeds a tsp
  4. Sesame seeds a tbsp
  5. Oil a tbsp or little more
  6. Garlic Cloves 3

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and add the cumin seeds at first.
  2. Next add the sesame seeds and the cloves.
  3. Lastly add the chillies and saute well. Take care while handling the chillies. Cover it up if you desire to do so. Saute it well until the raw smell disappears on low flame.
  4. It takes 6-7 mins. Let it cool down before you blend it into a smooth paste.
