Kids Snack Platter

Ingredients to make Kids Snack Platter

  • 2 Slices brown bread
  • 4-5 Thick paneer slices
  • 1 Medium boiled potato
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2-3 tblspoons gram flour /Besan
  • 2 tblspn Green chutney (as your kid likes) mint or only corriander
  • 1/2 tspn red chilli kashmiri powder( as its not spicy)
  • Pinch Of baking soda
  • 1 tspn Chaat masala
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1-2tblspn butter of ur kids choice,to spread on the bread
  • oil to deep fry
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspn Cummin powder

How to make Kids Snack Platter

  1. Mix gram four into semi thick paste for pakora batter
  2. Add spices and salt to this batter keep aside
  3. Now Butter the slices
  4. Spread green chutney on the buttered slices
  5. Boil potato cool and slice, Keep aside
  6. Cut paneer slices rectangular
  7. Place paneer and potato slices on chutney bread,
  8. Sprinkle salt chaat masala and pepper
  9. Close with the second buttered slice and cut diagonally
  10. Now stir the gram flour batter well
  11. Dip in the prepared sandwich prepared Heat oil in a deep kadhai now and fry each triangle of sandwich till golden
  12. Now similarly make sandwich of two paneer rectangles applying chutney in between
  13. Dip fry these tooin batter and then oil and cut diagnols after frying
  14. Now cut onion slices round and apply sum salt , Dip in gram flour batter and fry these too.
  15. The one whole sandwich prepared can be also fried full as is but apply gram flour batter only on one side and leave other as it is This is potato paneer toast
  16. So one side is fried more brown and batter side golden and tastes wow

My Tip:

Do mix gramflour batter at least ten minutes before, use fresh paneer only never frozen.
