Egg has many nutrients in it . Kids love scrambled egg very much . This is a nice idea for giving kids a healthy snack .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 egg
  2. Milk 2 tsp
  3. 6 Bread Slices
  4. Grated mozeriila cheese
  5. Black pepper powder
  6. salt as per taste
  7. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs perfectly , add salt, milk and black pepper powder . Keep this aside.
  2. Take a pan add oil / butter . Pour beaten egg mix. Cook gently . Until egg cooks . Stir with spatula continuesly. Turn off the gas .
  3. Take cupcake tin . Grease it with oil or butter . Keep this aside .
  4. Take bread slices . Cut the sides of the bread.
  5. Now take greased cupcake tin . Keep bread slices into each hole of cupcake tin and press it with hands and make cup shape . Now put scrumbled egg mix into each bread cup . Now add grated cheese on the egg mix .
  6. Bake this cups on 180 degree for about 7-8 minutes. Until cheese starts melting . Scrumbled bread cups are ready . Serve hot with tomato sause.
