Scrambled Egg Chapatti

Ingredients to make Scrambled Egg Chapatti

  • Leftover chapathi : 2
  • onion : 1
  • egg : 1
  • tomato ketchup : 1 tablespoon
  • oil : 2 tablespoon
  • chilli powder : 1 tablespoon
  • salt : to taste

How to make Scrambled Egg Chapatti

  1. Coarsely grind the chapatis into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add onions.
  3. Saute onions for 1 - 2 mins. It is not necessary for onions to become golden brown.
  4. Add egg. Scramble it well and add tomato ketchup, salt and chilli powder.
  5. Mix well. Add grinded chapatis and mix thoroughly. Let cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
  6. Switch off the flame after 2-3 mins.
  7. Scrambled egg chapati is ready.
