Ingredients to make Tadgola sharbat

  • 1 litre milk
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or as per your sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp Rose water
  • 10 tadgola fruit

How to make Tadgola sharbat

  1. Clean tadgola from its shell and keep aside in fridge.
  2. Warm milk add ,corn flour and sugar and keep stirring until thickens and the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Once done remove and let it cool.
  4. Then add in rose water and stir.
  5. Then cut the tadgola in cubes and add in it.
  6. Make sure the water in tadgola does not fall out and falls only into the sharbot.
  7. Serve it chilled.

My Tip:

Dont let the water in tadgola , fall out except into the sharbot. You can also add rose essence instead of rose water.
