Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Overnight soaked chickpeas 1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  3. Spring garlic 4 tbsp
  4. Green chilli 1
  5. Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  7. Salt
  8. Redchilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grind chickpeas, coriander leaves, spring garlic, green chilli into a rough paste.
  2. Take out this mixture in a bowl.
  3. Add salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder.
  4. Make cutlets from the mixture and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
