Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice boiled 2 cup
  2. butter 100g
  3. onion 1 no
  4. Beans 10 nos
  5. carrot 1 no
  6. capsicum 1 no
  7. ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  8. Green chilly 2 nos
  9. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Pav bhaji masala 2 tablespoon
  11. salt as required
  12. coriander leaves to garnish


  1. Be ready with the cooked basmati rice.
  2. Chop all vegetables.
  3. Keep a pan, put 50 gms of butter as it melts, saute onion.
  4. As onion turns brown, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  5. Now add all veggies and then turmeric powder, put a lid over the pan for 5 mins.
  6. As vegetables are cooked then add Pav bhaji masala and then salt.
  7. Then add rice to the masala. Finally end with a lavish sprinkle of coriander leaves.
