Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup cooked rice
  2. 1 medium onion
  3. 1 medium tomato
  4. 1 green capsicum
  5. 1 red capsicum
  6. 1/4 cup peas
  7. 4-5 baby corns
  8. 1 tbsp oil
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 red chilli powder
  12. 2 tsp Pav bhaji masala
  13. salt , to taste
  14. coriander , for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds.
  3. After they crackle, add onion and sauté till translucent
  4. Add all the vegetables and add salt.
  5. Sauté them and then cover and cook for 1-2 mins.
  6. In 3-4 mins when vegetables turn soft, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Pav bhaji masala and mix well.
  7. Add rice and mix well.
  8. Garnish with coriander and lemon juice and serve hot.
