Ingredients to make Mushroom Do Pyaza

  • mushroom 1 packet
  • onion 2 big size
  • tomato 2 big size
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves as needed
  • salt according to taste
  • red chilli powder as per taste
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp

How to make Mushroom Do Pyaza

  1. Take a pan. Add vegetable oil and heat.
  2. Grind onions. Saute onions till golden.
  3. Saute ground tomatoes along with the onions.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute them.
  5. Add salt according to taste. Add garam masala, red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  6. Add finely cut mushrooms and square onions. Cook them for 25 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
