Ingredients to make Crispy Chunky Beans Burger

  • For burger cutlet: Boiled potatoes 250 gm
  • Boiled American corn 100gm
  • garlic 2 big cloves & Ginger 1 inch piece
  • chilli 1 big
  • salt as per taste
  • Mexican masala 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • oil to shallow fry
  • For Mexican masala: 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • For Baked Beans Stuffing: Baked Beans 1 tin
  • Chopped capsicum 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Soya Chunks 1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • Mexican masala 1 tsp
  • For cucumber Carrot Dip: Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Hung curd 3 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  • Grated cucumber 3 tbsp
  • Grated carrot 3 tbsp
  • FOR ASSEMBLING: Burger buns 6
  • butter as needed
  • Cheese slices 6
  • tomatoes slices 6

How to make Crispy Chunky Beans Burger

  1. For Mexican Masala: Grind coarsely cumin seeds first. Add chilli flakes, mixed herbs again grind it. Add black pepper powder and mix it well. Your Mexican Masala is ready
  2. Cut all the buns in half. Make cavity in the lower part of the buns. Grind the scooped bread in mixture.
  3. Grind boiled corn, ginger, chilli, garlic in mixture.
  4. Mix boiled potato, crushed corn, bread crumbs, salt, lemon juice and above Mexican Masala and make cutlets.
  5. Mix bread crumbs, salt and corn flour roll all cutlets in them.
  6. Heat tava put oil and shallow fry cutlets in it.
  7. For Baked Beans and Soya stuffing - Heat a pan add 2 tbsp of oil, add onion and capsicum and cook it. Add baked beans and boiled and chopped soya chunks in it.
  8. Add Mexican Masala and salt.
  9. For Cucumber Carrot Dip -
  10. Mix mayonnaise, hung crud, tomato sauce, grated cucumber, grated carrot and Mexican Masala. The dip is ready.
  11. Apply butter on burgers. And bake in pre heated oven for 2 minutes at 180 C.
  12. Now it is time to assemble the crispy crunchy burger. Put baked beans soya stuffing in buns.
  13. Put 1 tsp of cucumber carrot dip and cutlet, a cheese slice and a tomato slice. Cover with the top of the bun.
  14. Serve with the cucumber, carrot dip.
