Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mini potato boiled - 250 gm
  2. Chopped red onion 1 no
  3. Butter + olive oil 1 tbsp
  4. Curry leaves 1 strand
  5. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  9. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  10. chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp


  1. Boil mini potatoes, remove skin and put in a bowl.
  2. Now take a deep kadai.
  3. Add butter and olive oil on low flame heat.
  4. Add in mustard, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  5. Then add chopped red onion, salt and saute properly till light brown colour.
  6. Now add red chilli powder, lemon juice, chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves, mix well together.
  7. Add boiled potato, mix in all ingredients properly.
  8. Keep 4 to 5 minutes for steam.
  9. Then garnish with some fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve with chapati, bread slices with tomato ketchup.
