Fry aloo can be made at any time you want, because aloo is one that ingredient which we always keep in our kitchen.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  2. Green chutney 2 tbsn
  3. Tamarind chutney 2 tbsn
  4. Handful of fresh coriander leaves
  5. 1 tbsn chaat masala
  6. Pomegranate as needed
  7. Sev as nedded
  8. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Deep fry the potatoes until golden and crisp, drain excess oil on absorbent kitchen paper and put them into a bowl.
  2. Add the green chutney
  3. Tamarind chutney and mix well.
  4. Now add the chaat masala
  5. Mix everything together nicely to combine. Garnish with sev, pomegranate arils nd chopped coriander leaves and Serve.
