Chicken Steak Sizzler

Ingredients to make Chicken Steak Sizzler

  • Boneless chicken breast - 1
  • chicken keema-200gms
  • Sliced mushrooms - 1/2 cup
  • crushed black pepper - 1tbsp
  • Chopped onions - 2tbsps
  • Chopped garlic-1tbsp
  • butter - 2 to 3 tbsps
  • Refined flour-1tbsp
  • salt-acc to taste
  • worcestershire sauce -2 to 3tbsps
  • Some french fries n some sauted veggies for accompaniments

How to make Chicken Steak Sizzler

  1. 1.Take Chicken breast n press it with knife to flatten it...
  2. 2.In a bowl put chicken keema.. Add worcestershire sauce(1tbsp) n salad to it.. Mash n mix well..
  3. 3.Keep the keema mixture on chicken breast n give a shape of tikki.. Keep aside
  4. 4.For the Sauce.. Heat a pan.. Add butter n oil to it.. Now add garlic, onions and mushrooms to it.. Saute for a minute.. Now add refined flour to it n keep stirring till Maida turns brown.. Now add worcestershire sauce salt n black pepper
  5. Mix well n keep aside
  6. Take another pan.. Heat a little oil.. Keep chicken patty in it.. Cook nicely on both sides..Add a little worcestershire sauce.. Cook on both sides till brown n done..
  7. Now add the prepared sauce to it.. Add a little water n let it cook for 2-3 mins..
  8. On a nicely heated sizzler plate arrange lettuce leaves... Arrange sauted boiled veggies (cauliflower, beans, mushrooms, bell peppers) on one side n on another side put some french fries..
  9. Arrange the chicken steak patty in centre n pour the remaining mushroom sauce on it... To make this sizzler sizzle more add a little butter on the sides of the plate.. Enjoy hot...
