Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut
  3. Salt
  4. Water

Instructions

  1. Take ine cup oats and roast it in pan lightly
  2. Grind the oats in the mixer finely
  3. Take out the powdered oats and add salt accordingly
  4. Then sprinkle some water so that it gets little damp..
  5. Then in a putt maker place thin layer of grated coconut and then add wet oats powder according to the thickness you want
  6. Then at last aagain put one layer grated coconut
  7. Steam it for 10-15 minutes
