ABOUT Scrambled egg with mushroom rice RECIPE

An easy Indo-chiniese inspired fried rice.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cooked rice [ half cup]
  2. Red, green and yellow bell peppers - 1/4 th cup
  3. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Egg 1
  5. Button mushrooms 1/4 th cup
  6. Garlic 2 cloves
  7. Chinese 5 spice - 1/2 tsp
  8. Chillies - 2
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with some oil, add the egg and keep stirring vigorously. Let it cook and strain the scrambled eggs , and keep aside.
  2. Now heat some more oil in the same pan, add chopped garlic, ginger and chillies. Stir for few seconds and then add the chopped bell peppers.
  3. Now add the mushrooms [chop them if they are too big in size], add salt and black peppers powder. cook for a while till they are almost dry.
  4. Then add the Chinese 5 spice powder, and stir. Add the cooked rice, eggs and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
