Ingredients to make Beetroot Rice Cutlet

  • 1 medium sized grated beetroot
  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 1 medium sized potato boiled and grated
  • 1 Medium sized onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium grated carrot
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp corn flour (Add more if needed)
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2-3 finely chopped green chillis
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for fry

How to make Beetroot Rice Cutlet

  1. In a bowl, take all the ingredients and mix them well
  2. Make small round balls and press it down gently to flattened it a little
  3. Deep fry it in medium flame till the cutlets becomes crispy
  4. Take it from the oil, and put it onto a tissue paper so that the extra oil will be absorbed
  5. Serve the beetroot cutlets hot with tomato sauce or dates chutney
