Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 crab
  2. 2 large prawns
  3. 2 small fishes of any variety
  4. I egg
  5. Breadcrumbs 3/4 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 chopped onion
  8. Garlic cloves, handful
  9. 2 Bay Leaves
  10. 1 tsp black peppercorns
  11. Few sprigs of parsley
  12. Purple cabbage, to extract blue food colour

Instructions

  1. Devein the prawns. Keep the head intact for presentation. Clean the crab and keep it whole. reserve the hood of the crab for presentation. Clean the fishes.
  2. Boil some water in a pan and add garlic, onions, bay leaf, black peppercorns, salt and few sprigs of parsley.
  3. Add the seafood to the boiling water, one by one, and let it cook. Strain.
  4. Take some butter in a pan and quickly toss the seafood to get a nice glaze.
  5. Chop a little purple cabbage and add to boiling water. Season with salt. This will make the water blue. Strain it and reserve.
  6. Take a white tray and place the breadcrumbs on the bottom as in sand.
  7. The tree is made with parsley and side of a bread.
  8. Cook egg yolk carefully in a round shape to make the sun.
  9. Place some salad leaves on the breadcrumbs as in weeds. Place the seafood.
  10. Just before serving, pour a little of the blue water on the tray.
