Ingredients to make Jhal Muri

  • Muri/ murmura [puffed rice] 50gms
  • cucumber 1 finely chopped
  • onion 1 finely chopped
  • Fresh coconut 1 big piece finely chopped
  • mustard oil 2 tblsp
  • imli paSte 1 tblspn
  • Black salt
  • Roasted jeera powder
  • red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • peanuts a handful
  • lemon juice of 1
  • Zero no. Sev
  • Fresh finely chopped coriender

How to make Jhal Muri

  1. Mix all ingredents except murmura.
  2. When about to serve, mix murmura and serve with sev and coriander on top
