Ingredients to make Jhal Murhi

  • onion- 1 chopped
  • ginger 1 inch finely chopped
  • tomato 1/2 chopped
  • Green chilli 2 chopped
  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Boiled potato. 1 chopped
  • cucumber chopped 1-2 spoons
  • Black salt as per taste
  • Roasted coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Roasted jeera powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • mustard oil - 1 tsp
  • Roasted black gram or chana, masala boondi ,roasted peanut - 1 cup
  • Roasted cashew 7-8
  • Kishmish - 10-12
  • Bhujia sev and any mix namkeen 1 cup
  • Mixed pickle 2-spoons
  • Murmura 2 cups
