Ingredients to make Dry fruits kheer

  • Half liter milk
  • 4 chuhara (raisins chopped )
  • 20 almond (chopped)
  • 20 cashews (chopped)
  • 20 kismis
  • 20 saffron thread
  • 5 spoon sugar
  • 4 cardamoms
  • 4 spoon cream

How to make Dry fruits kheer

  1. Take a container put milk in it.let it boil and reduce to half.
  2. After this add all the dry fruits.Cook in slow flame for 10 to 12 mins.Take a bowl put cream,sugar,cardamoms and saffron thread.
  3. Pour the paste on it.And again cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
  4. Now it's ready to eat.

My Tip:

Instead to sugar you an use condensed milk.
