How to make Sizzler

  1. Sizzler 1. French fries: Peel a potato and cut thin slices. Pour it in salted cold water and keep aside for 20 minutes. Then remove the water and sprinkle 1 tbsp corn flour. Then deep fry it.
  2. Paner Tikka: Ingredients 1 tbsp hung curd 1 tsp lemon juice Salt as per taste 1 tsp cornflour Garam masala 1/4 tsp 5-6 peices panner MethodMix all ingredients and keep it in freeze for 1/2 hr.later apply some oil and fry on nonstic
  3. Cuttlet: Ingredients Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 cup Cornflour 1.25 tsp Grated paneer 1/4 cup Boiled peas 1 tbsp Green coriander leaves few Bread slice 1 Salt as per taste Mango powder 1/2 tsp Red chilli 1.25 tsp Bread crums 1/2 cup
  4. Method Mix all ingredients except Bread crums. .now make a oval shape cutlet out of the mixture and roll it on bread crums. Then deep fry it in oil
  5. Stuffed Tomato and Capsicum Ingredients: Boiled potatoes 2 tbsp Paneer 2 tbsp Cashewnut 5-6 Raisins 5-6 Coriander leaves few Black pepper 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Hard red tomato and Capsicum 2
  6. Method Cut tomato and Capsicum from the top.Take out all the pulp..mix all the ingredients and fill it in capsicum and apply some oil on nonstick pan and fry it from all sides
  7. Vegetables Ingredients 1 carrot long sliced Cauliflower 2-3 peices Beans 5-6 peices sliced Method. Dip cauliflower , beans and carrot in hot water and keep aside gor 10 remove extra water and pour some butter on pan and fry all veg
  8. Assembling...On hot tava..good to have sizzling tray Keep cutlet, panner tikka, veg , french fries and stuffed potatoes and Capsicum. .now pour sauce on top of it and then sprinkle grated cheese. To give sizzling effect mix butter and water
  9. and apply it on hot pan Your Sizzler is ready to serve

My Tip:

Sauce Ingredients 1 thinned sliced onion 2 tsp pizza sauce 1 tbsp butter 1 tea spoon red chili 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp ketchup Method In nonstick pan pour butter and fry sliced onions then add pizza sauce , red chilli , tomato puree and ketchup. .now mix all and pour 1/2 cup water and mix well. .get it boiled.
