Ingredients to make Chinese chilli fish

  • 1/2 kg skinless and boneless fish cutted in cubes ( any of your chpice)
  • For marination-
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • For tossing-
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame
  • 4 whole red chillies
  • 1and 1/2 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Crushed garlic 1/2 teaspoon
  • Little water
  • 1 capsicum cutted in cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

How to make Chinese chilli fish

  1. For marination- marinate the fish in all ingredients and keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Deep fry the marinated fish.
  3. In a pan heat oil add in Sesame whole Red Chillies saute for some time.
  4. Then at Chili sauce crushed garlic schezwan sauce red chilli powder and saute till oil seperates.
  5. Add in little water capscicum and then fried fish and toss well.
  6. Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Serve with hakka noodles or fried rice.

My Tip:

You can also add spring onions. You can use any fish ,i have used rawas.
