Ingredients to make 3 Layered Fish Kabiraji

  • Bhetki fillets 2
  • Tiger prawn 2
  • Boneless catfish (ayer fish) make boil it with salt and turmeric, squeeze it to make bharta
  • Chop onion half spoon
  • Chop chilli half spoon
  • Chop garlic. Half spoon
  • Chop ginger half spoon
  • lemon Juice 1 Spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1.5 spoon
  • salt
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala
  • 2eggs
  • oil
  • Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Arrowroot - 3 tbsp

How to make 3 Layered Fish Kabiraji

  1. 1st take bhetki filleys and tiger prawn marinate it with ginger garlic paste n green chilli paste salt little tumeric little red chilli powder little garam masala marinate it for 2hour
  2. Not make cat fish (ayre fish ) make it bone less 1st boil it with salt n tumeric for 3 min Now drain water add put those fish in a plte
  3. Now add little oil put boil fish little red chilli n chop onion chop garlic chop ginger make bharta of it and keep ot aside
  4. Take a bowl put 1 soom corn flower n1spoon arraroot put some water make thin paste
  5. Now take bheti fillets put that fish bharta layer thn put 1tiger prawn now roll it
  6. And put it in that thick paste
  7. In the mean while if you have bread crums use it or of you dont have take corn flakes dust it
  8. Now take that roll put on put it on corn flakes roll it there and cover it with cornflower dust
  9. Now beat 2eggs in a bowl Heat oil on a wok i.e kadai Dip that roll in egg and put in the pan and spread little egg in pan over the roll fry for 5 min now its ready :)
