Ingredients to make Frozen peas

  • Green peas 1 kg
  • sugar 1 tea spoon
  • water 1 liter.
  • Zip lock bags for storing

How to make Frozen peas

  1. 1- take out peas from its shell. 2-keep water for boiling. When it start boing add sugar.
  2. 3-add matar Dana into the boiling water. 4- after 1-2 minutes matar will come on outer surface of water.
  3. 4-drain the water and let it cool.
  4. 5- spread the matar into a clean kitchen towel.
  5. 6- store it in zip lock bags.
  6. 7-keep it in freezer.
  7. 8- you can store it for 6_7 months

My Tip:

Utensils should be properly cleaned and use spatualla to transfer the peas.
