Frozen green peas 400 gm
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

Thaw and rinse the frozen peas well.
Add salt and oil to peas. Mix well, spread peas in the baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven on 200° for about 40 to 50 minutes.
Keep turning and tossing for one to two times in between to ensure even roasting of the peas.
Serve as desired
Store them in air tight containers and relish up to 2 weeks
