Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fresh Rawas taking centre pieces to fry,3-4 pieces as required
  2. 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  3. Half a lime
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tspn Cummin powder
  6. 1 tspn red chilli powder kashmiri
  7. 1 tspn rice flour fine ground
  8. 1 tspn corriander powder fine
  9. 1/2 tspn shah zeera
  10. 1/2 tspn Fennel seed powder
  11. Oil to pan fry fish

Instructions

  1. Clean Rawas pieces apply salt keep aside for ten min
  2. Mix all spices, salt and rice flour, add ginger garlic to this
  3. Mix well and squeeze lime taking care on seeds
  4. Wash the fish well to discard extra salt
  5. Dab dry fish pieces and apply masala
  6. Heat oil to Pan fry the fish pieces
  7. Remove and serve hot
  8. Garnish around with spring onions lettuce cherry tomatoes or choice of salad mint etc
