Fried fish is best to enjoy on a cold day . The spices make it even more delicious and it is awesome with warm rice and daal . Try this and you will love it .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 kg Fish of any kind
  2. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tsp Turmeric
  4. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  5. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  6. 1 tbsp cumin powder
  7. 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  8. 1 tbsp fish masala
  9. 1 cup wheat flour for coating
  10. Oil for frying


  1. Clean the fish well and keep aside .
  2. Marinate the fish with all the masalas and keep aside for an hour at the least . It will be better if it is marinated and kept refrigerated overnight.
  3. To the wheat flour add in a tsp of red chilli powder and salt so that it does not taste bland .
  4. Deep fry a few at a time . Ensure that the fish is well coated on all sides with the flour .
