ABOUT Rawa fried fish RECIPE

fish deep fried which is coated with Rawa/sooji. i first had it in Goa. sea fished are coated in Rawa and deep fried. it's fresh and tastes awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish of any variety( sea fishes preferred )
  2. Mustard oil
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Turmeric powder
  5. Rawa / sooji


  1. Clean and wash fish pieces
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder
  3. Rub the fishes well
  4. Coat the fishes well in Rawa from both sides
  5. Heat mustard oil and deep fry them
  6. Serve with onion rings and fresh lemon wedges
