Rawa Fish Fry

Ingredients to make Rawa Fish Fry

  • Sardines or Mackrel fish 4
  • Rawa 2 tbsp
  • For marinating the fish -
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice or vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder a pinch
  • Chaat masala a pinch
  • salt as per taste
  • Curry powder 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  • cumin powder 1+4 tsp
  • Garam masala a pinch
  • For frying -
  • onion 1
  • garlic pods 2 chopped
  • curry leaves 7-8
  • Green chilli 1
  • oil

How to make Rawa Fish Fry

  1. Wash and dry fishes
  2. Now marinate with all the above mentioned spices
  3. Keep aside for 15 mins
  4. In a plate spread rawa
  5. Cut onion and chilli length wise
  6. Chop garlic
  7. Heat oil
  8. Add onion and garlic
  9. Add curry leaves and green chilli
  10. Fry them until golden brown
  11. Keep aside
  12. Now some more oil
  13. Coat fish with rawa , fry them until Brown
  14. Serve hot with fried onion , garlic masala
