Tawa Fish Fry

Ingredients to make Tawa Fish Fry

  • 1/2 kg Hamour fish
  • 2 tbsp red chilli paste.
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • few curry leaves
  • coconut cooking oil as for frying
  • coriander leaves 1/2 bunch for garnish
  • salt to taste

How to make Tawa Fish Fry

  1. In a bowl, add red chilli powder, red chilli paste, vinegar, salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder. Mix well and apply on fish. Marinate for 30 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and curry leaves.
  3. Put on medium flame and add masala fish, fry on low flame until fish is cooked.
  4. Garnish it with coriander leaves before serving.
  5. Healty tasty tawa fish is ready
