Tawa Fish

Ingredients to make Tawa Fish

  • 500 gm - Ravas fish
  • 1 tbs - Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Dhaniya powder
  • 1/4 tbsp - haldi
  • Half tbsp - Garam masala
  • 1/2 TBSP -amchur
  • oil for frying
  • 1 Bulb - garlic
  • 5-6 - curry leaves

How to make Tawa Fish

  1. Clean and wash fish.
  2. In a plate mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. Heat a tawa and pour a little oil. Put curry leaves and garlic cloves with skin, cook till the garlic browns.
  4. Roll the pieces of fish in ready masala and put on garlic and curry leaves. Cook fish till golden and crispy from both sides.
  5. Arrange the salad in the serving plate and place the fish. Serve hot.
