ABOUT Tawa Fish RECIPE

Tawa fish is very delicious dish and can be served as snack or a side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gm - Ravas fish
  2. 1 tbs - Red chili powder
  3. 1/2 tbsp - Dhaniya powder
  4. 1/4 tbsp - Haldi
  5. Half tbsp - Garam masala
  6. 1/2 TBSP -Amchur
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 1 Bulb - Garlic
  9. 5-6 - Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash fish.
  2. In a plate mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. Heat a tawa and pour a little oil. Put curry leaves and garlic cloves with skin, cook till the garlic browns.
  4. Roll the pieces of fish in ready masala and put on garlic and curry leaves. Cook fish till golden and crispy from both sides.
  5. Arrange the salad in the serving plate and place the fish. Serve hot.
