Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fish piece as per your choice 5
  2. Salt as required
  3. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  4. Capsicum 1
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Black pepper oil 1/2 tsp
  8. Refined oil to fry
  9. White vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish for 10 mins by applying salt and turmeric powder.
  2. In a flat pan, heat oil.
  3. Now add in the fish pieces, and around the pan add the capsicum and tomato cut into round pieces. When one side is done, flip it to the other side.
  4. Simmer the gas. Repeat the same for the other side as well. Now add half of the vinegar/lemon juice, chaat masala and black pepper on one side.
  5. Flip it back again the other side and add the same ingredients on the other side too.
  6. Serve it hot.
