Fry fish is loved by almost non vegetarian today i am going to share with you a spicy fish fry recipe that is easy to make, yet very taste it this recipe the freshly ground special masala applied for marinating gives the authentic taste .also this make a tasty dish,to prepare on special occasion

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 200 gram fish
  2. Onion paste 2 mini spoon
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 large spoon
  4. Cumin powder 1 spoon
  5. Corinder powder 1 spoon
  6. Lemon juice 2 large spoon
  7. Turmeri powder 1/4 spoon
  8. Chilliy powder 1/4 spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil to fry


  1. Make a coarse paste of onion ginger garlic cumin powder and corinder and without adding water
  2. Clean and wash the fish well and drain water compelety
  3. Marinate the fish with tyrmeric powder red chilly powder and salt lemon juice
  4. Leave it for about 30 minute for marination
  5. Then apply the masala paste prepared in step 1 and marinate for 10 more minute
  6. Heat a dosa girdle( preferably non- stick
  7. Add the masala coated fish pieces and drizzle oil to sides
  8. Use high flame initially and low flame cook
  9. Fry the fish on both sides till it turn golden brown and cripsy from outside
  10. Serve with finely silced onion with lime
  11. Delicious and spicy fish fry ready to relish
  12. It makeams a lipsmacking combo with steamed and hot
