Ingredients to make Lobster

  • Lobster - 1 medium size
  • salt – 2 tea spoon
  • salted butter – 30 gm
  • lemon slices
  • French fries
  • toss veggies
  • water as per requirement.

How to make Lobster

  1. Wash the lobster.
  2. Take deep big utensil pour water(¾ water as per utensil)and then put into lobster and then keep the lid on utensil and steam it for 10-12 minutes. (do not overcook)
  3. Place the lobster on chopping board cut from middle of the lobster, clean it.
  4. Simple spread butter on it &Squeeze the lemon juice and serve with French fries and toss veggies.
