About Booster balls Recipe

A healthy recipe with combination of vegetables and rice

Booster balls

Ingredients to make Booster balls

  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 1small capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 /2 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cuo soya chura
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 spoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 spoon anchoor powder
  • 2-3 slices of bread
  • oil to fry

How to make Booster balls

  1. Crush bread to make crumbs
  2. Mix all ingredients properly
  3. Make small balls out of it
  4. Deep fry them
  5. Serve hot
