- salt 1 tsp
- turmeric 1 pinch
- lemon juice 1 tsp

- Dried Red Chillies ( Bedgi Mirch ) 3/4 cup. If u prefer less spicy then use Kashmiri mirch.

- coriander seeds powder 1 tsp
- turmeric 1/4 tsp
- coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Freshly scraped coconut 1 cup
- water
- For Tadka : --
- oil 1 tbsp
- garlic Pods 2
- onion chopped 1 tsp
- For curry :-
- kokum 4-5
- salt as per taste
- water
- For garnishing :-
- coriander leaves finely chopped handful
